Welcome to Mother’s Magic. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
This agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and limitations between Mother’s Magic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“customer,” “user,” or “you”).
1. Services Provided
Mother’s Magic provides spiritual spellcasting services and ritual work for personal enrichment and empowerment. These services are for entertainment and spiritual purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
We offer specific spells that customers can personalize by providing details to shape the spell to their unique situation. These are customized services, meaning they are tailored to each individual's intent and energy.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
- If you are under 18, you may only use our services with verified parental consent.
- By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Payment & Chargeback Policy
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing from Mother’s Magic, you agree to the following:
Chargeback Policy
- Chargebacks for completed services are considered a breach of contract.
- If a chargeback is filed after a spell has been cast, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide evidence of services rendered.
- If financial harm results from an invalid chargeback, we may pursue recovery through arbitration, collection agencies, or legal means, as permitted by law.
Legal Action for Fraudulent Claims
- If a fraudulent chargeback is filed after services have been rendered, we may seek to recover the amount through legal or collection processes.
- You will be responsible for all associated costs, including legal fees, if a dispute results in financial harm to us.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that magic is personal, and we want you to feel confident in our services.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are available for 30 days after the spell has been cast. You will receive a notification confirming when your spell has been cast, at which point the refund period begins.
- If you request a refund before the spell is cast, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
- Spells are typically cast within one week of purchase, but please allow up to two weeks, as the process cannot be rushed, and other factors such as energy alignment and existing orders may affect timing.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Processing times vary based on your payment provider. We cover any transaction fees related to refunds.
Recasting or Adjustments
- If you are not satisfied with the initial casting, we offer one free recast or minor adjustment to align with your needs.
- A recast or adjustment does not restart the 30-day refund period from the original spell cast date.
- Recasting or adjusting a spell is provided as a courtesy and is not linked to refund eligibility.
5. No Guarantees & Assumption of Risk
Magic and spiritual work are highly personal and subjective experiences. By purchasing a spell or ritual from Mother’s Magic, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Results cannot be guaranteed, as spiritual work is influenced by various personal, energetic, and external factors.
- Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
- You assume full responsibility for any personal, financial, emotional, or social decisions made after using our services.
- Mother’s Magic is not responsible for any consequences—positive or negative—resulting from spellwork.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mother’s Magic is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Personal Data & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, including our data retention and security practices.
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
- All content on Mother’s Magic (including rituals, descriptions, images, and spellwork details) is our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- Customers may not resell, replicate, or claim our spiritual services as their own.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mother’s Magic and its owners are not liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or personal harm resulting from the use of our services.
- Unforeseen delays, errors, or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., website outages, payment processing issues).
- Any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from spellwork results or interpretations.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Customers engaging in fraudulent activities, stolen credit card use, or identity theft.
- Individuals filing excessive refund requests or repeated chargebacks.
- Users requesting spells that violate our ethical guidelines, including any services intended to harm others or engage in illegal activities.
- Individuals who harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward our team.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes occur, we will:
- Post an updated version on this page.
- Send an email notification if you have opted into communications.
Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
- No Class Actions: You agree that any claims against us must be brought individually and not as part of a class action lawsuit.
